This unique beach and bush lodge is situated on the beautiful Baixo do Pinda Peninsula, Nampula Province, Mozambique. Guests can explore northern Mozambique’s natural beauty, flora, fauna, wildlife and much more.

Guests can access Nuarra Lodge in Nampula Province, Mozambique from the cities of Nampula and Pemba by land transfer or air charter. The village closest to the lodge is Nanatha Village.

Based on strong ethical and fair trade tourism principles, Nuarro is a pilot project founded, managed and built by its owners in joint partnership with the local community. Built with local materials, by local people, it incorporates genuine ecological awareness and social responsibilities. Numerous projects for upliftment within the local community have been initiated.

Air charter

Nuarro has its own airstrip for easy access to the lodge. Air charter transfers are available from the surrounding airports (15kg / 33 pounds baggage allowance on air charters). Nampula - 45 minutes, Pemba - 55 minutes, Nacala- Porto - 10 minutes

Road transfers

The Nuarro minibus can transfer guests from Nampula and Pemba.

Climate

The climate in Mozambique is sub tropical and the temperatures range between 25 to 30°C (77 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit) and the water temperature 3 degrees less. The dry season lasts from April to December in the winter season, and the rainy season from January until March.
