Days 1 – 4: Explore Gorongosa, Gorongosa National Park, Mozambique

This Mozambique vacation package combines wildlife, beaches, cultural highlights and history. You arrive in Beira in Mozambique from your flight with SA Airlink from O.R Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Embark on an exciting leisurely game drive to Explore Gorongosa’s beautiful private operating area deep in the heart of the lush Mozambique bush. The representative of the Explore Gorongosa Camp will assist with the two hour road transfer to the magnificent Gorongosa National Park gate where your Mozambique wildlife experience begins.

You will be staying in a semi-permanent eco friendly camp site in the heart of the lush Mozambique bush. The host of Explore Gorongosa and professional safari guide will show you to your en-suite Mozambique tent with a luxurious bush shower and flush toilet. The choice on this Mozambique wildlife vacation package is between either double or single beds with highest quality cotton linen and towels.

In between exciting game drives lead by professional wildlife guides, you can laze in a hammock with a book from the open-air library. Days 5 – 7: Nuarro Lodge, Baixo do Pinda Peninsula, Mozambique

On arrival in Nampula, you will be transported by air or road to the Baixo do Pinda Peninsula. The road passes through authentic Macua villages where you are able to explore and experience true Mozambique culture.

Nuarro is a new authentic eco lodge situated in a private bay adjacent to the beautiful Baixo do Pinda. It lies in the Nampula Province in Mozambique and offers unbelievable diving and tropical pristine beaches and bush with unique biodiversity.

Your luxury chalet at Nuarra Lodge is very spacious with a large verandah, hammock and sun lounger, strategically placed along the dunes and amongst thick vegetation for privacy. Each chalet is individually decorated with locally made furniture and crafts.

Days 8-11: Ibo Island Lodge, Ibo Island, Mozambique

Ibo Island Lodge is in the idyllic tropical location on the beach of the potential World Heritage Site, Ibo Island. All rooms at the Ibo Island Lodge in Mozambique have been uniquely designed to blend with the natural surrounds and theme of the old ruins on the island.
