Chalets

There are 7 delightful en-suite chalets in private positions unobtrusively built into the tree line. They have stunning views of the lake and big hand crafted 4 poster beds with draped mosquito nets. Electric lamps adorned with locally made shades are turned on in the evenings and the rooms are prepared while guests are at dinner.

Freshly pressed linen and towels, flowers and unique features can be enjoyed as well as the wonderful outdoor shower. Built under the tree canopy, guests can relax under a cascade of hot and cold water in complete privacy. Some chalets have a specially crafted baths for luxurious time-out surrounded by foliage.

Makolo

Makolo House has 2 en-suite bedrooms and is really spacious with high thatched ceilings. It is located in a very secluded position in the bush with lakeshore views and private access to the water. All meals are provided by the in-house chef and the main lodge is a 10 minute walk away.

Songea

Songea House and chalet provides the perfect retreat for family or friends, 10 minutes walk from the main lodge. It has its own private beach and great views over the water. Ideal for entertaining, the house has a large circular open-plan design with a wonderful atmosphere of space and freedom.

The in-house chef sees to all the food arrangements. A staircase leads to a bedroom and internal balcony. There is a separate chalet close by with an open design, stunning views and an original bath big enough for 2.
