This Mozambique self-catering resort is the place for 4x4 owners who want total relaxation on a very private stretch of the Bilene Lagoon. The main house and en-suite tents are located in a shady spot right on the water; guests here can enjoy magnificent sunsets and a peaceful holiday.
The gracious main house has 4 bedrooms and is fully equipped for 16 people, there are 4 two sleeper en-suite tents dotted about the grounds as well as a Honeymoon tent with en-suite and catering facilities for private, well equipped camping in Mozambique.
Bilene Lagoon is situated just north of Maputo and is about 4 hours or more driving time from Nelspruit. The Lagoon is a great place for water sports and the ocean is just a few minutes drive away with 4x4 vehicles.
Villa n’ Banga has a well stocked sunset beach bar and can cater fully for guests with a variety of meal options and menus from breakfast to dinner for between 10 to 44 people; 3 weeks advance notice is required for this service. The town of Bilene also has a number of restaurants and pubs to choose from.
There are many great Mozambique holiday activities available in the area and the wonderful Mozambique coast is a renowned destination for salt water fly fishing and game fishing. Guests can enjoy a good vantage point for whale and dolphin watching.
