Guests can escape to the edge of the sea at Praia de Ouro Sul. There are 14 luxury four sleeper tents and a superior two sleeper tent providing Mozambique self-catering accommodation in Ponto do Ouro. The tents are constructed on wooden decks.
Guests self-cater and prepare meals at the boma (communal shelter) which has a thatched roof, kitchenette, electricity and a large braai / barbeque area with firewood supplied. Alternately, the restaurant at this Mozambique self-catering accommodation in Ponto do Ouro serves breakfast, light meals and dinner daily. Breakfast can also be delivered to your tent.
All the tents are furnished and serviced daily. Electricity, hot and cold water, bedding and bath towels are provided. No swimming towels are supplied in the tents – guest should bring their own or hire them from reception. A self-catering basket with crockery and cutlery to be used at the boma can be secured with a refundable deposit paid on arrival. There is a coin-operated laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers (iron and ironing board can also be hired).

Single Luxury Tents (8)
These tents accommodate 4 people each, in an open area. There are two 3/4 beds and one bunker bed in the standard tents.
Double Luxury Tents (6)
These are great for larger families or friends who want to stay close to each other. The double tents are two single tents constructed together onto the wooden deck with a shared kitchenette between the two tents. The double tents are similar to the standard tents regarding furniture. The kitchenette has a gas burner and kitchen utensils.
Superior Tent (1)
This tent also known as 'The Salon' accommodates only two people and is ideal for Honeymooners and other couples celebrating a special occasion. Apart from the standard furniture, the superior tent also has two patio loungers, a mini-bar, a queen size bed and linen of the very best quality. The décor theme is blue and ivory. There is also an extra big bath in the bathroom as well as a shower, basin and toilet. Meal vouchers are included in the daily rate of the Superior Tent.
