Quilalea Private Island is situated 55km (34.17 miles) north of Pemba in the Quirimbas Archipelago National Park, Mozambique. This marine sanctuary is the ideal nursery for Green and Hawk Beak Turtles, The channel gives shelter to Humpback whales and their young before their migration south.
Travelling to Quilalea from mainland Mozambique is done by air transfer. You will be greeted by a Quilalea Private Island representative on arrival at Pemba. You will then be transferred either by helicopter or plane to Quilalea Private Island.
