Marlin Lodge is situated on the Benguerra Island, just off the coast of mainland Mozambique. Together with Margaruque and Bazaruto, Benguerra Island forms part of the Bazaruto Archipelago.

How to get there

By Air

Take a 2 hour flight from O.R. Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) to Vilanculos International Airport. You then take a 30-minute boat transfer from Donna Anna Jetty to Benguerra Island.

By Road

The distance from Johannesburg to Maputo is 585km. Maputo to Vilanculos is 620km and a boat charter to Benguerra Island takes 30 minutes.
